How did you come to open/move the business to Merritt?
The desert is the most sought-after climate in Canada. Therefore my husband and I seized the opportunity to purchase a home here in the beautiful Nicola Valley because of the weather. Plus our children are situated within an hour and a half drive both east and west of Merritt British Columbia. With no other Medical Spa Treatment available in Merritt BC we began a new exciting adventure here in the Nicola Valley.

A Little Background on Dr. Kayla Ruschkowski
Originally from Regina, Saskatchewan, Dr Kayla Ruschkowski, obtained a bachelor’s degree from the University of Saskatchewan. And then went on to receive her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. She was inspired to pursue naturopathic medicine as a result of her volunteer work at a preventative health clinic. Dr. Kayla is focused on her passions for preventative care, botanical medicine, nutrition, and evidence-based medicine in her practice. Dr Kayla Ruschkowski is extremely passionate about health and wellness. In addition to helping people establish the foundations of healthy living with nutrition and stress management.
